Viber integration (12.05.2017)

Dear colleagues! Today we would like to present you the new Viber integration system!

You can add one or more public accounts (bots) to your HelpDeskEddy system and receive messages from clients in the usual way while giving your clients an opportunity to contact you via the Viber messenger.

These messages will be registered as tickets in the system. Every client will be assigned a contact card with a corresponding Viber ID.

Viber messages are processed by HelpDeskEddy instantly which makes customer support even faster!
